Latinitas is kicking off a weekly after-school club where girls can gather to find creative ways to express themselves. In this girl-friendly place, Latinitas in middle and high school will explore visual arts, graphic design, web publishing, radio production, writing, journalism and filmmaking. Each week will offer a different hands-on workshop where girls can discover the power of media. The weekly club is held every week at the following public libraries:
- Judge Marquez Library (610 N. Yarbrough) Every Tuesday @ 4:15pm
- Armijo Public Library (620 E. 7th Avenue) Every Wednesday @ 4:30pm
- Clardy Fox Branch Library (5515 Robert Alva) Every Thursday @ 3:30pm
