Call for Entries - Latinitas Writing Contest

Attention Latina teens! Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by showing off your cultural pride. Share your thoughts on what it means to be Latina and what the term Latina power represents to you. LatinitasMagazine.org, the first digital magazine for Hispanic girls, is accepting writing contest submissions through September 30, 2008. Top winners will be awarded with an MP3 player and publication of their essay. The contest is open to Hispanic females between the ages of 14 and 24 who reside or go to school in the United States. All submissions must be of interest to and written for a Latina teen audience. Latinitas accepts submissions via email to latinitasawards@yahoo.com and by mail to PO Box 973065 El Paso, Texas 79997.
