CLUB LATINITAS

Girls Making Media Project

Weekly After School Meetings
Located at Various El Paso Public Libraries

Latinitas is kicking off a series of free weekly after-school clubs where girls can gather to find creative ways to express themselves. In this girl-friendly place, Latinitas in middle and high school will explore visual art, graphic design, web publishing, radio production, writing, journalism and film making. Each week will offer a different hands-on workshop where girls can discover the power of media. The clubs are held after school every week at the following public libraries:
  • Richard Burges Public Library (9600 Dyer) Every Monday
  • Main Public Library (501 N Oregon) Every Monday
  • Judge Marquez Public Library (610 N. Yarbrough) Every Tuesday
  • Armijo Public Library (620 E. 7th Ave) Every Wednesday
  • Clardy Fox Public Library (5515 Robert Alva) Every Thursday
