Teen Latinitas Writing Workshop - March 13

Teen girls are invited to learn how to express themselves creatively through writing. TeenLatinitas.com is the first digital magazine by and for Latina youth. Join us for a writing workshop and to learn more about how you can get published in this national award-winning online magazine. Members connect with college students and professional journalists for guidance in developing story ideas, conducting interviews, researching stories, writing articles, and editing content. This is a great opportunity for aspiring journalists to be published in a growing magazine and have their voice heard! Our group meets monthly the second Saturday of each month from 2-4pm at the Judge Marquez Public Library (610 N. Yarbrough). If you are interested or have any questions, please contact Alicia Rascon at latinitaselpaso@yahoo.com, www.LatinitasMagazine.com or (915) 239.5051.
